Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals (CILIP)
CILIP is the leading body representing librarians and information professions. They believe in a literate, knowledgeable and a connected society and build the professionalism of their members by supporting the development of skills, knowledge and excellence. Chartered members are expected to undertake 20 hours of CPD per year.
Institute of Administrative Management (IAM)
The IAM encourages members to log their CPD activities throughout the year to provide a structure for continuous development. CPD is voluntary for members of the IAM. The various membership grades have different recommendations for the minimum number of CPD hours to be undertaken annually: •Technician=10hours
•Associate=20hours
•Member=30hours
•Fellow=40hours
Chartered Governance institute (CGI)
All Chartered CGI members at the Institute must undertake the mandatory completion of a minimum of 20 CPD hours, excluding exemptions. Members in public practice are required to carry out and record 35 hours of CPD. Members must use the CPD log to record CPD hours and need to submit documentary evidence of CPD hours for monitoring, along with practicing certificate applications.
Association of University Administrators (AUA)

Executive and Personal Assistant Association (EPAA)
The EPAA’s CPD scheme works on a credit basis and includes a variety of activities, for which you can achieve credits towards your annual record from; attending conferences and courses, listening to podcasts and reading books. The scheme allows members to complete a ‘CPD Record’ via their membership through the website and record learning activities online.
The Institute of CPD
As a pan-industry organisation, The Institute of CPD is open to professionals across all fields, and a home to those dedicated to demonstrating professional excellence. Depending on their membership level, a member of the Institute will commit to 10 or 30 hours of CPD per year.
