With a passion for guiding individuals and organizations through transformative journeys, she integrates systemic coaching and supervision (EIA EMCC) to support sustainable growth. A researcher and educator, she has been a professor at PoliDesign Milan and leads the Coaching4all initiative, fostering awareness and professional development in the coaching community. She is part of a community of coaches in Iran and Japan.
