The CPD Standards Office has been busy this year presenting at its quarterly member events and a wide selection of industry conferences. We have moved offices, grown our team and continue pursue research on developments in the CPD arena.
Reflecting back over 2016, it has been a turbulent year for business. The Brexit campaign and referendum ended with the UK voting to leave the European Union, President Donald Trump won the US election and there have been highly uncertain financial markets.
The Office has continued to meet regularly with key stakeholders in the CPD Arena such as training providers, professional bodies, regulators, employers and governmental steering groups to keep abreast of these changes and opportunities for skills development and CPD accreditation.
